1990 Calypso Red SE Turbo
115k miles
Mot
Tax
BBR 205bhp kit (It's a bit nippy).
Stainless Exhaust
Padgid RS4 Brakes
Good service history.
Multi disk cd player.
Immobiliser
GRP so no rust!!!

I need 4 seats once in a while and am a mini lover at heart (should have kept the last one really!) so will p/x for an interesting mini (no fixed diagonal rear cages though).
The prices for these are rock bottom at the moment so looking for around £3.5k.

I think the vtec boys would agree that using a jap engine is a good idea.

Lotus couldn't have made a wiser move than using a Jap engine

And it's in the front so the car doesn't feel all 'floaty' at high speed and you use the rear view mirror to see what's behind you rather than what you're about to hit! :) (my brothers got a Rev 3 tubby).

I still have it, but I'm not sure I'm still in the market for a swap. If you are serious about Elan M100 ownership, check out Lotus Elan Central. There are only around 2,500 of these left around the world. I've only ever seen one other while out in my car in the last year.
