I am looking for works type dash panel for a MK1 mini project. The works rally cars had a panel on each side (one for driver one for navigator). Switches, guages, fuses and trip meters were then mounted in them.
Anybody know a source for the panels themselves ?

There were many types of original works dash panel rather than a standard item since all the cars were custom built. There are several items based on the original designs available from M-Machine and their dealers, as well as several updated panels for modern rally equipment based on the works designs (such as mountings for modern electrical kill switches). There are the multi fuse block panels and navigators door pocket panels as well as the original dash sides and tops.
