If you mean a piccadilly as in corgi 1/36ish scale, then they never actually released a piccadilly as a model, they did a few in a LTD edition run of 100 but theese are extremely hard to get hold of, The best bet, closest to a piccadilly would be the KNIGHTSBRIDE Gold mini, which looks just like a piccadilly, but without the side decals, but these can be made easily.

Proberly 100% irrelevant to what you want, might not even be to do with mini Models, but still lol.

Or he might want like an airfix one, build it, paint it, then put it in the middle of his empty garage, its a model and in his garage.
