Hi. I have some gumball stickers. One of them is roughly 12inch(circle).

My question is: Id like to put this on my rear window, in the middle, or maybe one of the sides.

what is the law on this?

some sportscars you can't see thru the back window well as standard, some supercars dont bother with rear windows. And transit vans often have sheets of metal welded over the rear windows.

any one know?

thanks

It's not a problem mate, there's no legal requirement that you can see out of any windows apart from the front windscreen and the side windows forward of the B post. Thats why you can tint your rear windows whatever shade you like, but not the others.

I don't know the 'actual' law, but I've always been lead to believe that it's only obstructions in the front and immediate side view that would cause concerns for the old men in blue.

As long as you've a wing mirror for both sides (not sure if you even need that if it's an old model), I don't see putting a big fat sticker in your back window being a problem. :(

I'm sure someone on here will be able to give you a less flakey answer than that! :D

Good luck
Courtney

My car didnt have a passenger side mirror, so didnt need one for the MOT/on the road. I got one to complete the look and they are bloody usful to have.lol
