i need to measure something for photoshop and i cant do it whats photoshops ruler measure in ?

If i understand what your asking correctly photoshop does, Inches, MM and CM as well as the digital stuff like pixels etc

as above - you can adjust the rulers to show whatever measurement style you want - metric, imperial and pixels.
