I was looking through my rover mini CD, specifically the technical service bulletins, and I found that it is missing this bulletin. R7303BU.PDF its the one on ENGINE MISFIRE, HESITATION, Etc. - CAM RELUCTOR. Does anyone have this file?

Sounds like I could do with a copy of that too!
