iv had 1 litre of smirnoff ice and two cans of carling aprox 3 hours ago and i need to drive in about 3 hours
am i safe ?

Your body can deal with approx 1 unit every hour.... 1 litre smirnoff ice = 4 bottles ish.... each bottle must be 1.5 units...... a can/ pint of normal lager = 2 units so about 10 units and therefore 10 hours to leave your system.
The above is approximate and there is no Safe way to calculate your blood alcohol level.. the safe limit is NO ALCOHOL AT ALL.

another thing to think of, 10 units will affect your sleep (if you have had any) and your body has to work quite hard to get rid of it, you will be tired and dehydrated as a result and will have slower reactions the following day.. though you will probably pass a breath test, it doesn't make you safe to drive.

Haha my sister drinks Lambrini ffs. I dont think its a shameful offense to drink a bottle of Smirnoff Ice unless you are ashamed of being labelled a girl Jamster.. ??? If so, i fully understand why you dont
