ARGH!

Today i received a set of genuine balljoints from minispares. They were ordered yesterday and i paid express postage as i wanted to get them sorted today and it came to something like £23. Now, from looking at one of the balljoint pins, its cracked / split along the bottom edge, so there is no way im putting them on the car. Im not having a go at Minispares themselves as they have done everything i have asked, but as the balljoints are GENUINE ROVER which i was a bit concerned about.

But anyway, they will need to be returned, and as im out in the stix there is no Minispares store, so how can i go about returning them?

Yep will do this afternoon. Just wondered if anyone off here had returned anything before?

look at my thread on minispares ,had some buggered stainless seem covers pitch up,had to post them back,minispares gave me a returns number to attach to the original invoice,and a copy of the cost of postage so they can re-imburse me,however im still waiting for the replacement items to arrive,been a week now,its a bit slack as i was promised them a day later via UPS courier.

Iv returned loads of dodgy stuff, just give 'em a bell tell 'em whats wrong n send it back to the stated address or have a look on the website I'm sure there will be a 'returns' section.

They sent me the wrong head gasket (normally everything is right) so spoke to simon and he sent me the correct one straight away even before i sent the old one back!

I mailed them on their contact page and a reply said to just return them to the address at the top of the invoice with a copy of the invoice included.

Had my money back a few days laters
