Just been sniped on eBay for a nice Mk1 grille that went for £10:51.
Furious with myself for not being online in the dying moments of the auction to ensure that I got it.
Grrrr.....

I REALLY want to finish Mimi before the start of the school term so she can turn up and make all those 4x4s look silly
in the school car park. I want her to look the business with a MK1 grille and 'tash, posh bumper with bars and corners
and top notch spots.

I'm a single father of three kids with no spare money and the kids kind of feel it when we bowl up in the Mini and
all the other kids are arriving in fifty grand monsters. They're mostly cool about it and they get the Mini 'fun' thing' but you know
what kids are like. So I want the Mini to be the car that the other Dad's gather round and look at (and they will if it looks the part - because we're all boys...)
I know you all get it.

Really thought I had the grille sorted tonight until the sniper slipped in...

SO - Mini addicts - I NEED a MK1 grille and 'tash set.
I've got a good boot to swap or some (small) cash to spend.
I'm in Birmingham but I'm very often in London and Kendal (that means 90% of the length of the M6 and M40
and I'll meet you at any services to do a shady car park deal : )

I really want the Mini to look the part for the start of the school term to take the P**S out of all those stupid
Audi Q cars and BMW X5s and Land rovers.
