hi there im new to the forum but not new to cars and bike engines i work for a company called MNRacing building bike engined kit cars , and as a personal project i want to build a bike engined fwd mini , what i want is to buy something like a clubman estate , chop it and create a clubman pickup , then slap an r1 engine in , all of this i want to do on the supercheap , the engine will be cheap i will be easily able to create a subframe but when it comes to a diff / drivetrain i have no idea .. please help whats the cheapest way to do it ? we have a cnc routr so i could make bearing carriers ect

what do you call cheap? I mean if your on 10K a month then 10k for the project will be cheap. if your on 10k a year then 500 quid would be cheap.
you need car in vgn, engine, subframe and parts i would say your aready at 8.5K see what i mean.
