Absolute nightmare changing the clutch. Bolted the puller onto the flywheel. Started to nip the big centre bolt. The fly wheel is slowly inching out, it's a few taps with the hammer then tighten the puller, few more taps and so on and so on. It's taken so long that I've downed tools and plan on carrying on in the morning. It hasn't gone bang or anything (yet) I took the keywasher out of the centre of the flywheel before I attached the puller. Is it usual for it to take ages?

It takes ages, unless you apply loads of pressure with a long bar or scafold bar you may need someone to hold engine and use barand put an old cushion under flywheel so when it pops it dose'nt break ring gear........................ >_<
