hi, i have a few little holes on my outer sills everything else is solid...the biggest on is prob the size of a £2 coin,
can i use fiberglass to fill the holes then filler, would this be ok for the MOT?? as i need my car on OTR ASAP!!!
then i would simply replace the whole sills when i get the time...

Only if the Tester doesn't notice :).

A fully seam welded patch would be ok but if there's a hole due to corrosion it's highly likely much of the rest of the sill is lacking strength even if it's not rotted through.

Will probably get you through the MOT, but widely regarded as a bodge job!
Much better to do it properly now rather than doing it "when you get round to it".

I think you need to repair this properly, there is a reason why the holes would fail an MOT, it will almost certainly means the rust is far reaching in the sills and could be structurely dangerous. Fibreglass and filler are not the answer.
