Come on then peeps lets get a firm idea of numbers and dates. The family BBQ pits accomodate 12-15 are fairly readily available, are close to carparks but do not have any shelters, 2 hour booking slots for £3.00 a slot (except 5-8 pm £5.00) we can book more than one slot. For bigger groups (30 plus) there are bigger pits but they cost more obviously.

We provide food and charcoal and drinks and have a good time.

it starts at £40 to rent a small bbq area that would be ok depending on how many coming, but you also have to add in the cost of food and what not too... might be cheaper to eat at the cafe so we can save our money for stuff for out Minis. just trying to think of the expense here, but with enough people coming will be worth it.

i'd rather have someone else cook for me and clean up

i have loads of paper plates and disposable cups (from birthday parties) and make awesome potato salad.. so i am told anyhow :cheese:
