rite the quickest way I find to test if the amp works is to run a remote turn on cable from the iso block out the window along the outside of the car and into the boot where the amp is. Ground the amp to them - terminal on the battery and then run the live to the amp. turn the ignition switch so the hu turns on and go check there is a power light on and check to see to make sure there is no protection light on. then in it should be fine to use.
As for wiring u need to use the right awg cable for the power of the amp. The wiring is broken down like this:
Ground:
Bolt one end to some bare metal and take the other end to the terminal on the amp marked GRD this cable is normally black
Remote:
connect one end to the remote turn on coming from the iso block on the back of the HU then wire the ither end to the REM terminal this cable is normally blue.
Live:
Take this wire (red normally) with the right inline fuse for the power as close to the battery as possible from the + terminal on the battery to the 12v terminal on the amp.
RCA's
Ur amp now works but u need to send it signals for music, for this u need a set of rca's to run from the back of ur hu to the amp these will be white and red/L and R
Take a pic if u can of both sides of ur amp and I will lable the photo's up for u so u know what everything does.

Right can't really mark out that pic can u scan a image in or summit, as for rca's c the blue silver cable on the left of the amp there that rca leads u need them to send the front/rear and left and right signals to ur amp. As for the iso block if u pull ur HU out u will should notice two black rectangle shapes in the back with all the wire going into there should be a spare wire coming out of 1 that is connected up to anything usually orange or blue this is ur remote lead.
