Can anyone give me some information on Southam Mini & Metro Centre?
I have seen one or two bits of positive feedback about them but just wondered if anyone new more about their experience and facilities? i.e. do they have a rolling road, MPi dignostic reader etc.
Out of all the Googling I did I could not find a website or email address for them (also conflicting reports of where they are - Southam or Knapton).
I just want the misfire diagnosing and resolving before I end up changing every sensor on the engine!!!

I'll prod mini93 when he's online next, he's dealt with them a lot.

They have a rolling road, no idea about code reader, and they moved from Southam to Napton when they needed a bigger premises. Their number is 01926 815681.

They don't have website. Think they are in Brickyard Lane on the Southam side of Napton.

I'd also very highly recommend them.
They built me a great engine a few years ago and i've had it tuned there on the rolling road twice. really know there stuff and very friendly and helpful.

What sort of cost is it to have the Mini set up on the rollers?

£80 for the first hour and £60 or 40 for each hour after that. They never usually take longer than an hour, even to jet a weber and do a full dyno session after.

Ring them up, and get first hand information rather than second hand.

Ask for rod or colin, top blokes.

Hi Nick,
Colin from smmc has just joined RCMOC as a member :D We had a rolling road session with central minis there back at the start of the summer and they couldn't of been more helpful !

Hey thanks Rachel, if I can't get down tomorrow night (assuming Colin may be there) I'll give him a call Tuesday.

They upgraded a 850 for me, and built me a 1293 and fitted it. Great engines, top blokes, good prices. What more do you want?!
