Think they would, wouldnt they? Doesnt it depend on the studs as to what nuts fit?

That on one hand, on the other it depends on the seat for the nuts on the actual wheel.
Remember that on a Mini the wheel is via the nuts/studs only.
And not at least to obtain a secure fit the nuts should match the seats
