Right im having a bit of problems stripping the paint off some alloys i have.

Nitromors has got through 3 layers of paint but has got stuck on a white layer, it doesnt seem to be able to touch it at all. Ive used quite a bit on the white paint to no joy.

Any tips/advice other products i could use?

I had the same problem. It just would not touch the primer coat, whatever it is. In the end I just rubbed the other wheels down by hand and painted over the top.

If you really need it off, then bead/grit blasting is probably the only option.

Thats the other thing, ive already used the blaster on the wheels, that didnt seem to touch it either ^_^ Next option is to get a proper place to do it.

What wheels are they?

I have a set of mini special alloys.. underneath a few layers of paint there seemed to be an original coating of some sort that was white. It wasnt a primer coat, looked like a factory finish.. but anyway it was hard as nails, took quite a while under an industrial sand blaster to clean them all off proper.

Like said, unless you really need it off, I'd just prep them up best you can (expect bleeding finger ends) and get some primer on to see how they look.

It would likely work in the end, just keep it wet and it should soften it eventually. If not, then sand blasting would be the only option if you wanted them to be mint.

Well ive carried on but ive used a tin on the wheels and ive still not even got one cleaned up at all... cant spray them as they are as the paint is cracked and it shows up.

Well ill keep going but is there any way of making it work better?

You could have a quick word with Guessworks as he has all the necessary equipment to "dip" parts to remove paint etc etc! :proud:
