There good! By a US company called Cooper Tools.

I've had a good old play and they are finished well and feel tough!

Have the name of these tools changed from Costco, my mate has a set which is exactly the same called Cresent, they are really top quality tools for the price of them cant fault them....He bought a 2tonne low height alloy trolly jack for 85quid aswell not all long ago.

EDIT:Just noticed the Cresent name on the box
