I got home from work tonight to find some ar*ehole had parked over part of my drive with a great big silver Fiat van and my wife has been unable to park one of our cars on it.

She is a child minder and has to deal with 3 kids during the day from 8mths to 3 years and has had to park across the road now as she cant even get outside.

Has anyone got any ideas for getting the van moved? :-

im shure that if you cant get on/off your own drive then the police can interveen or tow away the van for obstruction... but that may be a bit extreme!

I think that only applies if you cant get off.

phone the police!!!!

the law only works one way though.... i think it's an offence to prevent someone leaving their drive but not prevent them getting on it... or sommink like that!!!

or just take a hammer to one light or panel until its moved... thats what id do....but i'm in one of my moods!!!

That was another option but the missus thinks they will damage our car when they try moving.
