What do i need to get to get the braked balanced. I hope some one can help me . Any help would be great

Hi and welcome to the forum!
When they said unbalanced did they give any more information. I would assume that they meant one side was braking harder than the other.
If this is the case then i would guess at a sezied caliper piston on one of the sides?

as above check the piston also check if one pad is thicker than the other... as a new pad on one side and a worn one on the other will cause unbalanced brakes too!!
