Jason said the post there gave a delivery of 7 days, whick seemed kinda fast to me. That was almost 2 months ago..six weeks or so. Where is it? I never had a missed delivery. It just didn't show up.Jason,
To clear this up can you give texas the tracking number for UPS as on the phone you said you had tracked it to their depot in the US.
Doing that will clear your name and set texas straight.

I know I shouldn't really butt-in here but surely if they've tried to deliver it and he wasn't in, and he's been to the depot to collect it himself but didn't have appropriate ID, then surely he doesnt need to know the tracking number as the parcel will be waiting for him at the local depot if he decides to get down there with an acceptable form of ID to collect his parcel!
I was just givigg the guy the chance to prove his side of the story as ,as yet, he has not defended himself.
texas - i have no idea what you ordered but sometimes it can take a long time for stuff to be delivered to the states. My in-laws live in St Lucia and it takes nearly 3 months just for post to reach them!!
have you received notification of a missed delivery? if so as chris says just go and collect it with the required id and paperwork.
I am still waiting for a rad off a guy, he has had my cash for 2 weeks and lives less than 50 miles from me, and he is doing the same thing you say jason is (no contact in any form) - so i can sympathise with you.

I honestly thought you were a dude in his apartment ripping ebay shoppers off. It turns out you are a real parts seller. Sorry I got that wrong, BUT... I never got my parts... you still have my money... you have ignored my calls and numerous emails for 2 weeks... Lets get this sorted out so I can finish my little car. That is all I ever wanted anyway. ps- I am calling UPS to see if they have ever recieved a package from you to me, but without a tracking #, I'm not sure if they can help us out.i will email you in the morning we both know our sides of this tale, I DO NOT rip people off never have never will, if anything i do things too cheap, as you will recall and many many other people tell me, i will pm you now and help you all i can in the morning, i am not into humiliating people online or face to face so i will not respond to posts on here, it might look bad on my behalf but it is not fair on either party, you have done your damage, i will not retaliate it is not in my nature.

The sale is being settled by PM between MINI-BITS and Texas Mini, all being well Texas Mini will receive the parts he's been waiting for.
It just goes to show the power of the forum that after just over 24 hours a dispute has gone from unsettled to almost sorted.
Texas Mini - I appreciate your post apologising to MINI BITS, and I hope you now get your parts.
MINI BITS - Thank you for not responding to the criticism on this post and for being honest enough to post on the forum. Please make sure the sale is resolved though.
