right right, i am glad to hear that is not just me that is having this losing grip problem in the wet. ..

Is like you turn the car, try to give it some gas, the back end will lose it .....

Trying braking while u r going round a coner in wet even scarier ( i know u r not suppose to do this, but it just highlights the problem with these tyres)

Can't really complain for the price of them and Falken even tho they r not that great!

Taken from minisport

"New directional tread designed especially for sports drivers. The FK-07 packs a real sports punch, with exceptional wet weather performance. Combined with low noise levels and great looks, making this a High Specification Sports Tyre at a very competitive price."

Hmm did anyone notice they are directional tyres ??? but there is no arrow marked on the tyres ?????

a bit confused now, since there seems to be even a split view on them!

I guess i'll try them out again in the wet next time!

The new type Falcon 165/60x12 tyres are no longer directional, their asymmetric instead.

I've got a set fitted to my Mini and so far their far superior to the older directional Falcons in the wet.

Have you had you susspension set up as this could be another factor of some of the behaviour that your getting. I run Falcon on the front of my mini atm and they seem to be up to the job for me in the 1380.

The only tyre i will ever use on my mini. Good in wet and dry. A good all round tyre.

Been running Falkens 10" for last 2 yrs, approx 15 - 16000 miles on them, all weathers, no problems, just replaced the fronts.
