Hi guys, Im new here and just thought I'd share my car with you guys! It's a 1991 cooper, black with white roof.

I got it in January and it was totally standard apart from a 6-point cage and a cooper sump guard, but it's rather different now!

So far it has had:

-2 new doors
-new boot lid
-new gearbox
-new engine mounts
-new subframe mounts
-new rc40 system
-new pipercross filter
-internal bonnet release mechanism
-MK1 bonnet
-MK1 internal release grill
-2 new bumpers with over riders and corner bars
-4 new GAZ lowered adjustable shocks
-hi-los
-new ball joints etc
-fully rebuilt cooper s callipers with new discs, green stuff pads and braided hoses all around
-set of 10x6 Mambas with black centres and new yoko A008s
-group 2 arches with chrome trim
-chrome mirrors
-chrome wipers
-headlamp stoneguards
-Astrali leather steering wheel
-Cobra clubman bucket seats
-Sparco 4-point harnesses
-any bits of rust treated

Im sure theres more but thats all I can think of!!

I'm supposed to be collecting the car from workshop today so will get pictures up of the finished article later, but for now, here's some pics of how it looked at the start and how it changed!

Update!

Have made some mods to the Mini since the last photos!

Fitted a Manilflow straight through exahust system, put in some black Corbeau classic seats and have got a sump guard and bonnet straps now! Have got a few other new bits aswell! It's getting a Stage 2 cylinder head next week aswell hopefully!

Here's some new pics:

What arches have you got?

Group 2 with Chrome edge? Do you buy the chrome seperately? :S

Or do they come with the Arches?

Ye they're Group 2 with chrome trim.

Got them from Huddersfield Spares, they're a direct replacement for the standard plastic arches, they use all the same holes!

They come with the black rubber seal but not the chrome trim iirc...Only costs a few quid extra though...
