we had to take my door lock off when i got my side resprayed but i'm not too sure how to put it back together

i can't find anything in the Haynes that tells you how to do it (that i can see anyway..please correct me if i am wrong) though they tell you how to take it apart

theres alot of things that haynes does not have lol

If you have removed the handle, then its just the reverse to removal?

Theres 2 screws one on the edge of the door and another inside, then just clip the lever back onto the latch, all makes sense if you do it.

thats where i'm stuck..clipping the lever onto the latch. don't know what i'm doing wrong but it wont seem to clip in

there should be a clip on the arm of the door handle/lock and sometimes they are quiet "snug" going on.

i thought my handle was fubarred but turned out i hadn't clipped it in right. get a torch and have a lookie in the door - it should hopefully come clear.
