Take out the air vents each end (remove the trim ring from the front and twist them anti clockwise to remove I seem to remember) and behind them you will find a small screw into a bracket on the parcel shelf. Then remove the stereo and you will find the same. Remove these three screws (a ratchet spanner will be very useful). Then you should be able to pull the dash out bottom edge first. If you can't then at the top of the dash at each end (again behind the air vents) you will be able to feel a plastic ratchet which holds the top of the dash to the top rail. Pull this down a little to release it and the ends will free up, once this takes the curve out of the dash the middle ratchet will release easily.

If you break a ratchet you may be able to get replacements from A Dash Of Colour.
