Here's some video from CA's car (sorry don't know why the sound is quite like it is).
Highlights of the two races including the restart of the second race. No chequered flags though as first the driveshaft problem and then some other related problem caused 2 DNF's for Chris .

ive cured the bloody drive shafts now this time a brand new chain let me down
ive been using DID 630 V chain for 18 years with no problems at all a chain will run a full season normally
i put a new one on after croft and its buggered
we normally buy chain on a long roll then cut it to suit
we couldnt get any last week so our suppliers sent the same chain in a shorter length in a box suitable for fitting straight onto your bike
i was quite pleased because when you cut the length in half its exactly correct for our minis, this meant no more odd lenghs of chain wasted at the end of a roll
i dont think the chain like this is the same quality at all
been onto our suppliers and they are investigating
we put the car on the dyno today to check what exactly was causing the rear end noise which felt like the back end was gioing to fall off thats why i stopped and could then look into the rear and see what was happening
another good use of a dyno facility
we will be back next year fully sorted and hopefully able to finish more races than this year
all the other Z cars guys had a good day
jem snowden has actually won £250 and the class A title even after blowing all those engines so deserves a pat on the back
im not surewhere paul woolfitt and chris thomas finished in the championship but pauls much improved over the year and was flying this weekend
chris thomas has finished every race and brought the car home un marked through an incident packed season
he is after maybe selling his car if anyones interested
if he doesnt then there are a few mods we want to do to it for next year
finally jem and myself are fancying a last outing on the 1 st noember at croft for the winter series race they do there each year two races and a practice on the day
