Bad Review For The Mini

Of course Mini's are small, hence the name!!
But as for cramped? I've slept in mine! (I know you all have but won't admit it )
I would have thought having reliable brakes would be a good thing? Maybe thats why he crashed into a Mini!
My Mini goes slow up hills, but thats in fourth at low revs.
This guy is obviously on a hate mission, maybe it stems back to a bad childhood? Eg. His friends (ahem) had Mini's but he didn't so was laughed at?
I would love to meet this guy and take him for a drive, lets see him speak for sheer fright

Slept? Well yeah, but that was only after a good romp with the girlfriend at the drive in:)

I read the comments it got all agreeing with him, one guy said
I drove a mini 1000 a few years ago, it is a go kart with a roof, however, I am 5ft 6" and still felt like I was 6ft 6" behind the wheel. So cramped, really horrible car unless you want a go kart for wet weather. My fiesta 1100 was much better and more practical than a mini. If you want a small car in this a day and age, go for a Micra or something.
I'm 5' 10" and i fit fine.
Other bad points are the boot it has only 5 cu ft of space the spare wheel is in there and the boot lid hinges down. It is not then a hatchback but a reverse hatchback so was almost useless unless you wanted to rest shopping on the boot lid as you drove home as some did and they praised this feature!
who buys a mini for its boot space?, i've done a weeks shopping with mum, we got 4 bags in the boot and the rest we used the back seat.
Went away to Northhampton in my mates 91 city, 4 guys weekends worth of kit all around us and we still had room.
And to think people raved about this car. I was amazed how bad it was 20 years ago. The Mini was introduced in 1959. It was then a revolution as cars designed then were very poor..............
Sold for £505 the £5 was the profit the car was seen as a loss leader. It had been commissioned from Alec Issigoniss the design Chief of BMC because they wanted all the 'Bubble' cars popular at the time off the road. These German vehicles were made of scraps after the war by BMW, Heinkel and Messershsmit the aircraft companies.
It was designed as a small family car with lots of space due to the fuel crisis not just the "Bubble cars" for Petes sake
The noise was incredible so loud and un-pleasant.
Where the hell was he driving in the engine bay?. Ok they aren't quiet but i can still talk to my partner at normal level and listen to my iPod with the volume mid range.
I'm going to stop now before i turn green and go on a rage filled rampage of destruction but i think its too late

"it would slow down going up the hill" hmm... ever thought of changing gear?
That's why you have to go extra fast on the approach!
Quite funny really, all the things we love about the car... and yet he's the one who crashed into one on his motorbike... d'oh!
