Who's up for making a weekend of Castle Coombe?

Theres a campsite nearby, and we could arrange a convoy down and then have a few drinkies the night before and then onto the show on Sat?

I spoke to a few people about this at Stanford and they seemed keen.

For those of us with a bit of distance to travel it would break up the journey and not mean such an early start on the Sat.

(also who mentioned drinking and pre-circuit trash talk!!)

shifty, me and alex talked about this last night, we want to leave ours at about 12, be there early and let the drinking commence!

maybe do saturday night aswell? would be nice too have a relaxing sunday

You guys are all staying where i stay! Well i can reconmend it. Good food, but take your own beer is normally cheaper, although we do have a few drinks inside with that MASSIVE open fire!! See you there guys! Im there fri and sat night by the way. 4 of us in defo 2 minis poss three!

UUUUMMMM not sure if you have been to the Chase before but it is only a small beer garden that you camp in! Not a big polace and lat year it was almost full!! But hey ill be there. Approx room for 5/6 tents only!

We should be arriving at approx 4pm on the friday, got a long, long, long, long, long (do you get the picture!) journey! there for two nights! We sometimes go into Chippenham for a few pints before dinner, then back to the chase for food and more pints! If you are comming along the M4 to get there PM me and ill tell you a short cut as it is a long way round from the M4 unless you know the secret route!! (ok you have to break the law slightly by going up a one way street but it is only a couple of meters long! then suddenly you are at the chase!

okeyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy... we are gonna have regular stops on the way there wolfy. 1 and 3/4 hour journey, and lots of stops.

Yes, the soft leather easy chair type seats in Poo can make me nod off(along with the carpets,sound deadening, and radio!!)
