well they look new, but can't say i've ever seen an A-series piston with a lip on like that before. Where they bought for the A-series engine?? Do they have any numbers on them to identify exactly what they are??
Ryan
Thanks Ryan, i'm pretty sure they have been used before, i believe they are from one of the early coopers but not really sure, the raised section allows a high compression ratio.
Numbers on them are:
M2050/3 MOWOG

All engines with this partikular head had D-top pistons.
(I don't know about the Innocenti 850 engines, but propably no)
What size are they? If they'r any overbore-size they'r worth quite a bit.
Overbore D-top pistons are getting rare!
Put them on eBay, if you want to get rid of them.
I think you could get a bit for them, if standart size.

Best pistons for use with a big-chamber 12G295 head.

Thanks Jan, think they are standard size doesn't seem to mention any sizing though. I'll stick em on ebay and see what happens!
