have got rad etc out just take fan off - what's the easest way to change the fan belt?? and do you need any special tools for the job??

Just losen the alternator tensioning bolt, slacken off the alternator, feed the fan belt round past the fan, into where the rad is, untill it is over teh ran, then put fan belt in position, then re-tighten the alternator and do the bolt up, can be done in about 5 mins as i did it outside the motorfactors the other day haha.

Yep, dead easy, as above. I did mine the other weekend, but i had the rad off for another reason so access was slightly easier

Make sure the belt turns no more than 90 degrees
