Hi All,

Does anybody have some photographs of black deep dish revolutions fitted to a red mini? I'm just trying to work out what they would look like on my car.

Thanks

if you go to borders or somewhere like that the new haynes restoration manual has a red mini with black wheels dont think they are deep dish tho, hope that helps?

Thats spot on, thanks Wilson.

Are they 12x6's? I would never have thought this wheel choosing stuff would be so complex!

Thanks CooperS and Minimarco. I'd love to fit some 10's to her but I have the larger disks and cant justfy the extra expense of converting them at the moment.

So it'll have to be 12x6 - they do look slightly smaller than the equivalent superlight etc but I think that is the appeal :)

Does anybody know the heritage of Revolutions? I presume they come from a racing background but which Minis first had them fitted?!

Nobody know? Maybe they weren't used in Mini racing? I just wondered if the works team used them or anything... :D

Founded in 1967, mainly used in rallying, although i cant find any real evidence of them being used commonly on minis for rallying.

I have the 5 spoke revo's in black if you want a picture, although not on a red mini but i'm sure some nice person who's handy with the computer could change the colour
