Hi all, been having a slight problem with the fuel pump. Shes a 95 mayfair SPi. Couple of weeks ago, filled her up to the brim, came out the next morning and had lost half a tank of fuel. Turned out to be a pinhole in the fuel filter. Had that sorted, everything fine until about 4 days later when I turned her over and there was a strange whining noise coming from the fuel pump. Thought it was a speaker playing up at first until further investigation!! The Mini runs fine, touch wood, but is pretty noisy. Just panicking that its gonna blow on me as its my daily driver!! Anyone with any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
