Cam 4810 Head

What engine was this head fitted to,and how many variants were there?

The reason I ask,is that I have seen 2 possible versions of this.

1.Has the cam 4810 marking on top of the head.
2.Has the above,plus the old Leyland isignia.

Is there likely to be any difference between the 2?

CAM4810 is the standard 998cc head.
Leaded or with hardened valve seats to allow unleaded fuel.

IMO there's a topic in the FAQ on how to detect unleaded heads.
