I now have a head unit with a AUX lead for my iPod...only issue I have were to put the ipod once I am driving.

I need some sort of holder to either fix to the dash or the heater so I can easily change tracks while driving.

Sadly the head unit doesn't do that for me.

Just wondering if anyone could recommend any holders that are ideal or what quick fix solutions they are using?

Cheers >_<

Depends on what ipod it is really i think as i know there are lots of holders/cradles for the iphone which is near enough same size as the ipod touch.
Even then i dont know how you would go about attatching one of these to a mini really that will also depend on your dash to.
I plan on getting just a an iphone holder so i can use the phone hands free, they are basically a bracket that holds phone and would normally attatch to a vent or
dash panel but mini doesnt have many of them so tricky!!

Just took this photo to show you what I have in my car, it's a cheapo holder (from eBay) for a Nokia 5800 designed to go on a windscreen. A couple of self tappers later and I attached it to the lower dash rail.

I know it's for a Nokia 5800 and not a iPod but you get the idea.

Dave.

how about your lap?

cellotape it to your steering wheel.

Sweet that looks ideal...I will keep an eye out for anything similar as the aux lead comes out from that part of the dash!!

Cheers dude!
