Do tell Roberts. I would love and arm rest to match. Whats gonna be on this form I will need to fill out? Iv already got some ideas for it?

Just questions regarding the Console ergonomics and materials. Basically asking what it's like to live with, without side panels etc. It's explained in detail, nothing to worry about.

There's also a few designs included, so you will get to see those months ahead of everybody else :)

It's also probably a good time to point out that these Consoles are nothing like the ones that will eventually appear, they just follow the same concepts of ergonomic improvements. The final Consoles are actually nearing completion, in terms of fitting and basic design (we are on our 2nd lot of trial fitting from the laser cutters), but that doesn't mean that they can't still be improved.

There a very important product for us and they are completely different to any other Console ever seen before, so we need to get them right

Hence why the 10 people who purchased these Consoles feedback will be vital.

Will you be doing these with CD player slots?

Nope, there wont be any CD player housing in the Consoles, it's impossible with the sides. If we did allow for CD player installation they would stick out behind, look messy and get in the way of your clutch foot, which would result in the concept of these being pointless. We will be offering CD player installation in the Dashboards, and the Dashboards and Consoles are designed to work together in perfect design harmony :D

O right cool. My other plan was how hard would it be to add a sort of glove box in to these. Iv not seen a center console with this feature and would be really useful.

Cheers Jon, Not sure about using pics of the Consoles, might mislead /confuse people once the proper Consoles are released.

And as for Dashes... we were planning on launching them at Bingley Hall (January) along with the Centre Consoles, this may still happen, but it's looking doubtful.

Well Door Cards are first on the list... we are hoping to have the laser cutting back within 2 weeks, so plain ones will be available very shortly, followed by other designs over the coming weeks/months (we have a total of 6 designs to release).

The reason why Door Cards are delayed is because of the optional speaker housing that we are including, you will be able to house 4", 5" and 6.5" speakers, as well as tweeters, in both the front and rear cards.

So, to save on time and money (production costs), the underneaths (the hardboard shapes) will be the same on all cards (with or without speakers and/or tweeters).

We are still playing with the positions of the tweeters (on the front cards) and this week they are placed in the top corner, by the door opener. But this means that you have to rotate the door handle 90 degrees. Obviously this is where the they should ideally be situated for sound quality, but some people may object to having to rotate the door handle.

A poll will be created some time over the next few days to try and gauge the general opinion at doing so... To be honest though unless its a landslide in favour of 'NO', this is where the tweeters will be.
