Went out to there garage and was greeted with this site
Mini was layed up in 1981 (tax disc still in window and a newspaper on the back seat from 21st june 1981!) and has not moved since. Couldnt really have a proper look at condition but i was supprised how solid it looked. Could see thath the scuttle and rear valance are rotten, boot floor a bit frilly where it meets valence but rear arches and roof were solid and straight!
Going to go back and help me mate clear out all the junk n then will wheel the mini out to take a proper look. If it isnt completely rotten i think it may become a long term project.
Its on a e plate which i think it a 67? After a bit of googling this could iether be a mk1 or mk2.
Log book is present but pretty sure its still the old style one so will i expect "fun" with the DVLA to get a new one?
O and best of all its FREE!

Whomever owns it doesn`t know its value. Tesco have some fantastic deals on for alcohol at the moment, would only be polite you got them a crate of their favorite beer. Or even a bottle of wine...
Couldn't agree anymore.
You're a lucky sod. Looks like an absolute gem. Wish mk1's fell into my lap like this...
