Anybody remember that Paddys mini won the "Top Gear Restoration"??

Any idea what the hell happened to it?

There were rumours that it had all gone to pot as they had run outta funds, but shurley if they asked people on here they would get stuff for nothing, as you would want to be a part of history, would you not?

I have written to Top Gear but had no reply as of yet.

I really hope that the car has not ended up worse than it was when it was found in the shed! :w00t:

Yea strange you say that i was thinking about the mini restoration on Topgear last week! wonder whats happening about it?

last i heard it was still sat at minimaster untouched, something to do with arguments over the money to do it etc....might be wrong but i'm sure i read it on minifinity.

EXACTLY. thats what i'm saying. Wouldn't YOU like to be part or restoring the winning car from monte carlo?

If someone finds out that it is just sat there rotting away, then i think we should all throw some "unwanted" parts their way so it gets going.
