Cooperman, I love your sign collection.
That's what you get from all those years rallying. The 1966 Monte Carlo plate is, apparently, worth hundreds of pounds, but I wouldn't sell it. That was the year the Minis were disqualified over the headlights, but I did the event in a 'works' NSU1000TTS - we crashed!

Id love a granny anex studio flat / office upstairs with wet room.
Current Garage:
Loads of space to bring it forward and outwards
some spare room this side also!
Plenty of room to go backwards also!
And I have this strange little square notch in my garden that I would include in the garage, as a storage room with a sloped roof above it that incorps the wet room
Currently got 3 minis in there at the moment (4 would be max until we build the new garage)
After the recent high winds I do have an unwanted sky light
Now for the dream!!!!
A custom built version like this:
With these side gates
A nice red floor
With this style decor in the flat upstairs (I would like one wall to be bare brick, with the TV on it :) )
But there should be plenty of space up there as these show
Thats the dream anyway! :)

only problem with having loads of space is you end up filling it up with stuff!!

mine currently little worse for wear! but has nice stainless bench at the back which was organised till i started ripping things apart!
If i was wise id have done my garage prep the right way round but i didnt . So now im going to have to wait till the minis finished and i can move it out but all the walls and roof are going white and the floor going grey, nice and sealed. strip lighting on the roof and another over the bench for engine work.
I have got cupboards in there too but they arent matching and id like to replace them
its either that or i take my cars to work 2x 2-poster ramps and near enough any snap-on tool you could imagin
