Some of these garages are amazing! I'm rather jealous if i'm honest. Hankins garage has got to be my favorite it would just look so right full of mini and other classics :D

Here's mine, it's built into the house so its nice and warm and the bacon sandwiches are never far away. I'm thinking about dropping the two ageing sheds at the bottom of the garden this summer and hopefully building a garage so I can have abit more space and also weld inside.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I took a picture of my 'garage' (if that's what I can call it) and didn't know where to post it... haha

It's getting quite ridiculous now... We're in the thinking stages of extending it and making it two stories tall soon.

Do I win the award for messiest garage?  You can only see half of the junk that lurks in there...

Edit: There are two minis in this photo - can you spot them?

well im quite lucky as I have my dads garage he used to run a garage business. I do quite a lot of work myself in my spare on cars ranging from welding repairs and bodywork to clutches and cambelts, anything really to fund my minis. but prefer working on minis either classic or Bini's. I can work on 3 cars at a time and at a push could get 6 real minis in there haha. compared to some its quite big but you always want more I could do with twice the size.

The Firebird belongs to a mate of my Father in Law.
It's a Triumph Stag lurking in the corner.

Thanks Max :-)

Think the cop is supposed to be Poncherello from CHiPs, an 80s yank cop show. Don't think you're old enough to remember it Max :-)

How do you get the minis on the shelf? That is pretty cool. There are some nice Mini factories in here.I'm excited enough about finally getting a single garage. I don't know what I do with some of these places!! I'm currently planning mine out. I'm thinking white and black tiles on the floor.

The minis are taken on and off using a Tele-handler with 10ft fork extensions.
Black and white tiles will look awesome but remember if it's a working garage they may break easily if something heavy was dropped on them. Vinyl floor tiles would be fine though :-)

Ah ok. That is a huge amount of space. My dreams garage would be big enough to house 4 cars (2x2) on the ground floor with tools and space for a couple of MTBs or something on the walls. I would then have some stairs going up to the upper floor, where it would be nicely carpeted with a pool table, snooker table and a bar. If I ever get that, I will be more than happy.
