Is there roof racks dat no drilling has to be done ? seen a roof rack and looked just like it has suckion pads on it

We have a roof rack on a transit and it just clamps onto the guttering just wondering if theres ones like that for minis

Nah, the 4 legs are clamped to the roof gutter.

Red mini in link is my old one. I personally think these are the best racks. That type of rack has got the four suction pads which just sit nicely on the roof then you keep the rack held down with the clamp on each side.

Edit: Desmo racks are also good. They clamp straight to the roof gutter like the mini in the link you posted :) but that's not a Desmo rack

Just clamp on, no holes needed
Keep an eye on ebay and here. Got mine off here.

the rack on my mini (pinkle) is an old 60's ford one. i just searched ebay for 'gutter roofrack' i think it was.
