I picked it up and thought, with a hole drilled in it, it would make a good gear stick knob for the Baja Bug that I had at the time.

Surf, do you have any pics of your Baja bug at all? can PM me them to save clogging up this thread, would love to see some pics of that! Baja bugs are one of my favourite cars of all time... next to the Mini of course!

I'll have to go into the loft and dig them out. I've got some snaps from the 1982 VW Action at Stoneleigh Park somewhere.
