No. Its not.

Its like saying you could get hurt from jumping off a step vs jumping off a building.

For everyone asking, my tires were sprayed myself. Kind of a joke, because they are those horrible falken ones but look like racing slicks :P

I can't tell for street use but they held up a complete race season. I've touched the race track curbs several times and there is no cracks on them. I haven't mounted a set for the street yet because i don't want rocks to be thrown at my head :o
Some people will blame you to dead for using cart wheels on the street. I personnally one of the people that thinks a lot of other things are way more dangerous than that ;-)
