Sounds like we run the risk of more rude comments on posts so the naughty children can get points to make them feel important like the ASBO?

Is there more 'naughtiness' about at the moment that this is now required?

No!!

Its just part of a new(and fairer) warning system, basically the warnings now have a 'sell by date' and expire on their own rather that rely on our good nature and us deleting them!!

its honestly nothing sinister and theres no cause for concern

I was taught to never trust anyone that started a sentence with ' Its honestly' especially when followed with 'nothing sinister'. If people start disappearing, don't say I didn't warn you all

its part of the forum software. Only you can see your warning points or a moderator/admin.

Its a warning system in place on TMF just to give a warning to those who run outside the forum rules, obviously you can only see your own and nothing to worry about.

Its nothing to worry about as you have a clean slate. The idea behind it is to give you an heads up of how many points you may have gained due to rule breaking etc.

Up to 2 means you are one point away from a ban. The link that has been posted gives the info straight from Deathrow.

Before hand you would not have known other than an pm from whichever moderator issued the warning. At least now if you stray from the path you know yourself when the banning axe will come down and smite thee from the forum for heresy. We gave up on the burning at the stake due to the smell and the mess left afterwards.
