Phil, read what Deathrow has written before complaining yet again.

Had read it and "yet again" I was reminding you that the Team had failed to deliver on a promise made. You know full well that there was an agreement for an appeals process. It appears that "The Team" will not implement any process that might challenge their authority, even though it would be fair and reasonable to do so.

Its just part of a new(and fairer) warning system, basically the warnings now have a 'sell by date' and expire on their own rather that rely on our good nature and us deleting them!!

I was taught to never trust anyone that started a sentence with ' Its honestly' especially when followed with 'nothing sinister'. If people start disappearing, don't say I didn't warn you all

As your post count goes up Tom your member group changes so it will do the move automatic, and its not user adjustable

You can't, it changes automatically through a number of preset statuses with the amount of posts you have made. That is until one of the mods has a few too many largers one evening and thinks it would be amusing to personalise yours with something suitably mean and insulting!
