I know this is an old thread but thought I would say I first visited this place in 2009 and went with a friend today and it's just so sad!!
There are so many minis just perishing that look like they've been there for years! I'm not scared of doing bodywork but there wasn't one car I would consider buying as the job would just be huge, wafer thin scuttle panels and holes in wings, windscreens half out letting water into the interior.
I just don't get it, the guy is very knowledgeable and obviously has a passion for minis so I don't get how he can stand to see them rotting away every day :0
I'm Pretty Upset By This.

Agreed, you might well see it as a poor business model and doubtless one you could improve on, but from the sound of it they have been in business for a number of years and are still operating at a level they are comfortable with.
Just have to accept that we live in a very diverse world.

Very true. But still sad to see the slow apparent uncaring demise of several minis.

I know the place, it is very upsetting to see. I offered him a grand for a boggo city. He said he was looking for 4k. He said that's how much they're worth, I said I hadn't even paid that much for my Cooper.
