I have number 2 on my carbs, and quite happy with them, so 2 or 3

You list two for Hs4 and one for a hs2.

It kinda depends on the filter you are planing on using.

But 3 works well as does 2.

The second one in your list flows very well, I've not tested the third type but if the radius is correctly formed it should work well to.

Thanks that's the type I have now but what filter should be used with it? It seems to be close/possibly touching the inside of my cone filter

Yea I know they are for different carbs it was just for an idea :-)

Oh and the third one looks good but I'm guessing it wouldn't fit with a cone filter due to the rod that comes out to secure the cone filter

Would be interested in peoples opinions on this too, as I would like to fit a stub stack to my HIF44.

I fitted an MED stub stack and ITG filter to my HIF44, now I can't vouch as to how much more it flows over the old K&N cone filter but it does sound good!! I'm sure some far more knowledgeable folk on here can confirm as to whether they do what they claim.

The top edge is very thin and is almost a sharp edge rather than a full radius. I'd certainly be interested to flowbench test it and see how it compares to others.
I'll happily do this for free if anybody has one they want to send.

Phil.

Hi Phil, i was probably going to buy one anyhow so how about i get it sent straight to yours, if you are still game. Would be interesting to see how it fairs and if it's rubbish I've only lost £30.
