I know....maybe I should have purchased a complete new unit, but I didn't and am now slightly stuck.  Can somebody out there help?  I have managed to split the servo body - relatively easy and withdraw the internals - I purchased a service kit, which includes a new diaphragm, trouble is I cannot see how to now "split" the internal halves so as to then be able to replace the diaphragm.  Has anybody done this.? or got a clue on what I need to do.! Thanks

I've done 3 now. Not sure what you mean by splitting the internal halves though. Once you've split the body halves the rubber diaphram will just pull off the rigid plastic. Can you be more specific?

Hi, Swift_General, Thanks for the help - Tad hard to describe but it appears that the diaphragm is "sandwiched" between the internal plastic former...I haven't tried to "pull it off" yet thinking there maybe a way to "split" the two halves.? Maybe not?   I'm on my way down to the garage now and I'll have another look and have a look at your solution - thought it better to ask before charging off - as I said done most jobs on Mini's down the years but never took this unit apart before..!!  I'll post a update..!!  Thanks again.

Glad you got it sorted. I find the hardest part is splitting the body halves, and as you've probably found out the rest is fairly straightforward once you know how it is assembled.
