the Maxi Mini rusty coloured one?
Come come. The whole point of a GRP Mini Clubman Estate, is that it wouldn't go that rusty colour !

Hiya,
How do you mean "Does anyone know of a GRP Mini Clubman Estate?"
Do you mean in general does anyone know if they exist, or if there are any for sale?
As far as I know only two types exist and neither are true replicas of the Estate
Phoenix which is nearer looking to the estate and minus maxi (which I have one of) which is much weirder looking with built in arches and roof bars
Both have tailgates as opposed to doors at the back
As to any for sale.... keep watching Ebay and asking around
I have seen three of the supposed six minus maxis appear on Ebay (I bought mine the third time it came on - they seem to come up every so often as people don't seem able to stick at them so they do a bit (or not) and then move it on.
I have only ever seen one Phoenix on there (no idea how many of those there were/are) but I already had the minus maxi otherwise I would probably have bought it
Regards

I meant "Exist".
I have never seen one, or met anyone that had owned one.
I have only ever heard very vaguely about them, such as "I think my girlfriend's uncle saw one in a supermarket car park"
But you have actually got one ! if you exist, Lol.

there was me thinking you had seen the one in Bristol

Nope, i'm sure you could quite easily convert a van though.
Custom minis can do them

Good point - get one of these vans, swap round front for Clubman and cut some simple flat windows in the back and there you go!
It would be tricky to do proper channels for sliding windows (hence why the Phoenix and minus maxi have fixed flat windows)
Pic of the minus maxi to show that I do and it does exist

I'm also sure Les (custom minis) could provide you with a front end and even sort the windows for you.

I actually like that, I think!
Have you any more photos?
Has similar looks to the Talbot Matra Rancho which I also quite like.

It is "Of its time"
I guess - late 70s early 80s
I tried to photoshop a Rancho onto a Clubman estate but I'm no good at it - I bet there is someone skilled enough on here that could do a mash-up of it though!
There is a thread in the projects section (search FSR fabrications which is what mine is actually registered as) but I don't have that many pictures as it has been on the back burner for a while due to life getting in the way as it does sometimes
Hopefully this link works but I'm not a computer person (see above!)

Sorry if it offends owners but gees that is ugly. Doesn't look like my estate
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder - I love 'em.
Now where can I get a car sized 3d printer?
Or one of these http://grpmini.com/G...BODYSHELLS.html
