Subject to close inspection for rust (especially the sills, etc) that looks a fair price. In fact it loks like a good, honest classic car.

Goes without saying, the MOT history should not be your only judgement, standing in front of it will reveal its true condition.

Seems parked up since 2014 and not that unusal for a Mini to be parked up.. as with most cars.. if you think the price is wrong, go find another one.. rarity tends to drive most (but not all) prices in the classic world

who drove it and didn’t know how look after it like most people and cars
They are common failures bulbs, split rubbers, brakes adjustments
Better than someone who thought they knew what they were doing and bodging it to get it through
I run a building company and would far rather work on a house where it has problems but is original
Than a house which a diyer has been at
A little knowledge can be a dangerous thing

There was an early rod change car in Blaze for sale recently. A friend of mine did a bit of work on it to get it running as it had been parked up for 25+ years. One owner from new, very original and it did run and drive but needed sills and a front end and that was snapped up as quick as you like for around £3500.
