mines called oscar, as when i broke down (ran out of fuel! faulty fuel gauge! now fixed though) a copper pulled up behind me and radio checked to see if i was insured etc (oscar was very rat looking at the time, multi coloured, primer and unpainted new panels) and with the reg being oac 229w, the first thing he said was OSCAR! followed by alpha, charlie....blah blah blah, and the name stuck!

*Grins* Monty Quant, the Designer.

Reason being the chap who came to take him for his restoration said he'd need a "Full Monty" rebuild to get him back on the road. The name stuck... and he's decided he's actually Montague, although that's only used when he's playing up. Initially, I just called him "Ol' Stick".

Theres "Poo" the Elf in my signature, so called because he's nappy poo brown!!

"Spudnik", my long term project, he was called "Sputnik", however he's so rusty he looks like he's spent most of his life in a potatoe field hence "Spud-nik!!!"

This is Jude, he's a 1987 City E. 998c.

when i first got him he was called Indy, because he was all rugged and rusty. but gradually as he was rebuilt he looked less like an indy so i changed his name to Jude, after the character in Across the Universe - although more after the song, Hey Jude.

Beefy ! named after his exhaust, as he is very very loud, even though the plan was to take it off and replace, it feels like i would be taking away his heart! haha
